We Lead Foundation

We Lead is a training, consultancy, development, and research organization. Which is also registered as an NGO under the same name (We Lead Foundation). We Lead's ultimate goal is to help women successfully obtain and retain executive positions in educational leadership. By providing women in Libya with the skills, support, and opportunities to become leaders, they will serve as an essential element of change in their schools, communities, and countries.

Vision Training CENTER
FOUNDER
The Vision Training Center (VTC) in Benghazi, Libya is committed to elevating the lives and career prospects of our community members. Our comprehensive range of services includes strategic planning, employment enhancement programs, team development, and educational monitoring and capacity building. Each year, we proudly witness approximately 150 graduates who have significantly improved their language and teaching skills, thereby enhancing their own lives and those of their families.

Attayseer for Consultancy and Training
Exacutive Manager

As a leader at Attayseer for Consultancy and Training in Benghazi, Libya, I have achieved significant milestones by implementing Universal Design principles to create inclusive and sustainable built environments. I developed long and short-term strategies for the Libyan Code of Universal Accessibility, ensuring comprehensive planning and evaluation. By identifying performance indicators and developing quality assurance strategies, I trained employees and maintained strong partnerships. My role involved supervising program planning, evaluation, knowledge management, and monitoring. Additionally, I supported project assistants, maintained effective filing systems, and ensured ongoing tracking and reporting of the Libyan Code project. These dynamic achievements reflect my dedication to advancing accessibility and fostering inclusive environments.

During my tenure at She Codes, I have meticulously developed and utilized essential tools such as surveys, case studies, focused groups, and interviews for each project, both prior to its inception and following its completion. I have been instrumental in identifying key performance indicators, devising robust quality assurance strategies, training program staff, maintaining productive relationships with partners, and ensuring all program components adhere to institutional standards. Moreover, I have taken charge of overseeing and managing the comprehensive planning, evaluation, knowledge enhancement, and monitoring of each program under my purview.

Education Project Assistance

I have played a pivotal role in the implementation of education activities under the guidance of the team leader, ensuring alignment with project objectives. Providing steadfast support to project assistants, I have facilitated their efforts in achieving program goals. I have also established and maintained an efficient filing system to streamline operations. In supporting assessment processes, including school selection and the collection of data on out-of-school children, I have contributed to informed decision-making. Notably, I have conducted teacher training sessions, successfully equipping 800 public school teachers with essential skills through programs like the Better Learning Program and Teaching in Crisis Contexts. Additionally, I have maintained rigorous oversight of education projects, ensuring continuous monitoring, tracking, and detailed reporting. Regular field visits have allowed me to actively support education, recreation, and psychosocial activities, while also overseeing the distribution of training materials and learning resources.
